We had a good experience with Hansini through the year, and we worked well together. Hansini’s strength is her knowledge of the Houston wedding scene and the suite of vendors that are available to you for everything - from food and DJs to home tenting to coffee carts! “Hansini and her team (Charmy & Krishna) were late addition as our event coordinators and Boy-O-Boy, we are extremely glad that we did it!!!
Hansini started about 6 weeks before our big weekend with many many well detailed Google sheets, pre-populated with details by the hour.
The bride had many prep meetings to start off the process. The trio arranged, attended and recorded the meetings with the all the vendors (decorators, dj, caterers, venue etc.).
They checked in at the hotel along with the bride, started early, were on point with executing, accommodated all our last minute changes, change in seating chart etc. and provided their recommendations when we requested for something that they felt could be handled differently, loved their proactive attitude.
We are very happy with our decision to go with Hansini Weddings. I am volunteering to be a reference incase someone has any other questions and want to weigh in the pros and cons to justify extra $$$$ to the wedding budget.

“OMG where do I start? Hansini and her team were AMAZING. We hired them for day of coordination for our events, and every last bit of the weekend went as seamlessly as possible. Even before the wedding weekend, they were on top of communication with current vendors, finding and recommending new vendors, and planning out the weekend to every last detail. There were so many things that we didn't even think to think about, but Hansini, Charmy, and Krishna are well-experienced and were able to provide valuable input when needed. While there were many things that were left "to-do" during the wedding weekend, Hansini, Charmy, and Krishna communicated well with family members in order to quickly adapt to any changes in the schedule. The weekend could not have been as fun and enjoyable for myself, my husband, or our families, had it not been for Hansini and her team. “Hansini and Saajan did a fantastic job for our wedding in Cleveland. We asked them for day-of wedding coordination. We had a traditional telugu wedding for 900 people and they helped us coordinate the schedule, coordinated with our vendors and were there for whatever we needed. They handled all the little things so we didn’t have to worry about it during the wedding. Even with our 2 AM start, Saajan and Hansini were very responsive and on top of things.
